“Simply teaching the Bible simply”
Calvary Chapel Bayonne is a ministry in association with Calvary Chapel Association; serving the Bayonne and Jersey City area. We have a simple, straight forward approach to the Word of God, teaching through the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse as Romans 1:16 says “For I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God to salvation…” and as 2Timothy 3:16,17 says “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
This teaching style also allows us to receive the full counsel of God and to see more of His plan for our lives; and by His grace, He gives us the strength to carry it out.
Our desire also is to be conformed into His image, not by clever man made methods but by the power of the Holy Spirit, through fellowship with Jesus Christ and His people.
Our Wednesday evening Bible Studies are 7pm at

Prayer meetings are every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7pm.

We also have a Children’s Ministry on Sundays for toddlers and young children
so that they may worship and learn God’s Word on their own level.
